So grateful to have found Ideal Protein and for the change it has made in my life! The method is easy to follow and my 60 plus pound weight loss has been life changing! Thanks to my coach William for all the help along the way.

When I started on the Ideal Protein program, I did not know how things would progress along the way all I knew was that I wanted to make some positive changes in my life, and going on the Ideal Protein program to lose weight was one of those positive changes.

Though the Ideal Protein program at Audren Chiropractic I have learned so much about successful weight loss and the science behind it. I have tried other weight loss programs that were not nearly as successful or as informative. I had a lot of “Aha!” moments with my weight loss coach Andrea. She was very knowledgeable, supportive and understanding. I weigh less now than I have in 18 years. My experience doing Ideal Protein Diet has been an amazing one!. In the past I have tried numerous weight loss techniques and diets but have had no results. The IP Diet has been the only one that I have had tremendous success with. I attribute a lot of that to my weight loss coach who has helped me along the way. He has given me encouragement, vital information, and extreme support throughout my weight loss and after I was done the program as well. I also really enjoyed the variety of foods that were available to me during the program and I was never left hungry.

Starting the Ideal Protein program was the best treat I could have ever given myself. When I started in January 2013, I was at my wits end and feeling as though I had tried everything else, this was my last chance to lose the unwanted pounds. The program is very restrictive in the beginning, but William helps you get through the rough times and it is amazing how easy the program really is. I have been on many diets before, but I have never seen or been on a Program like My Ideal Protein Program. Two of my friends were on the program prior to me and I saw the great results they received.It was then I decided to go to the Ideal Protein Clinic. Shortly after then I met with Andrea Slofstra, my Ideal Protein Coach.I started the program the next day. It took me about a week to get comfortable with the program.In 4 months, I was down to my goal weight which made me feel very happy and good about myself. I really like this program because it teaches you how to eat properly. Yes, and if you don’t follow the program you will gain weight back, as I have found , but go back on to Phase 1 for a week and you will have good results again.Andrea is such an awesome Coach for me. She is very helpful, supportive and it is a real joy everytime I go to see her at the office.

I would strongly recommend this Program to anyone that has extra weight to lose. Since I have lost my excess weight I feel just awesome.Thank You to Ideal Protein for teaching me how to eat properly and maintain my goal weight. It is a Great Program.
